It is said that the full moon reflects completion and sets the vibrational environment to assist you in evaluating happiness and to release what is no longer of value for your physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. Labradorite has a magnificent frequency to assist with this. It is a stone of magic.
The name Labradorite comes from an area in Canada called the Labrador peninsula, when it was first found there in 1770. However, it has been used for hundreds of years. Also known as Spectrolite, it may exhibit vivid colors of blue, green, purple, copper, and gold. This is called labradorescence and when light hits it, it is a beautiful sight to behold.
Labradorite lights up like fireworks of color when you are working with it.
This stone helps transform intuition into intellectual thoughts so you can take action to release the emotional and physical trash that you have been holding onto. All these fireworks of light clear the illusions that cloud our awareness, illuminating the mind and soul. As a stone of adventure, the crystal's luminescence provides an opening into other worlds helping us recall the past, and glimpse into the future while being present in the here and now. Labradorite powerfully reinforces the aura to protect and strengthen your vibrational energy so others cannot drain you.
How to Use Labradorite
Use labradorite to mediate with to tap into your 6th Chakra for clarity. You can place it on the body where there may be a physical ailment to reveal the source or bring insight to a solution or treatment. Put one in each hand to help aid you in uncovering the unconscious and subconscious belief patterns and the source of those beliefs serve you. Remember when working with any crystal as a tool it is important that your intention is to ask for what you want. Let the magic of transformation begin!
